Refund policy

All prints from HH Designs are produced to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or defective prints

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via the live chat on our website. Please include your order number and a photograph of the damage.

We will arrange a replacement free of charge. In some cases we may ask you to return the original item before we send a replacement — if so, return postage will be covered by us.

What we cannot refund

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Colour differences caused by variations in screen calibration or display settings
  • Orders where incorrect shipping details were provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing

Your rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
